April 27, Fineko/abc.az. Tax benefits are provided for family members of persons who died during mine clearance.

ABC.AZ informs that this is reflected in the proposed amendments to the Tax Code, discussed at today's plenary session of Milli Majlis.

According to the draft, if a mine clearance specialist is killed or dies from injuries sustained during a mine clearance accident, the taxable monthly income of his parents, widow (widower) and children from hired work will be reduced by 400 manats.

After discussion, the bill was put to the vote and adopted in the third reading.
