April 5, Fineko/abc.az. The amount of travel expenses has been increased in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports that PM Ali Asadov amended Cabinet Ministers’ Resolution #14 from January 25, 2008 "On standards of travel expenses".

According to the document, the one-day rate of travel expenses in the territory of Azerbaijan has been determined. Thus, in Baku, the amount of travel expenses will reach 125 manats, in Nakhchivan - 100 manats, in the cities of Ganja and Sumgait - 95 manats, in other cities, urban-type settlements and villages - 90 manats.

Previously, the amount of business trips in Baku was 90 manats, in the cities of Ganja, Sumgayit and Nakhchivan - 70 manats, in other cities, urban-type settlements and villages - 65 manats.

Under the document, the cost of hotel accommodation is 70% of the established one-day rate of travel expenses in Azerbaijan (previously 80%).

The one-day travel allowance includes hotel accommodation and daily expenses (food, transportation, communications and other services).
