December 4, Fineko/abc.az. The Foreign Minister of Azerbaijan has departed for a working visit to the Russian Federation.

The Ministry of Foreign Affairs informs that FM Elmar Mammadyarov left for Moscow to attend the 7th ministerial meeting of the Caspian littoral states, scheduled for 4-5 December 2017. At the conference the FM will deliver a speech.
