May 19, Fineko/abc.az. Xalq Bank fully transferred 0.67% of its minority stake to MilliKart LLC and suspended its participation in the processing center.

ABC.AZ informs that until 2025, bank's share in the authorized capital of the processing center was 0.67%.

Currently, its equity stake in other companies is 12.5% in the Azerbaijan Credit Bureau and 4.76% at the Baku Stock Exchange.
