May 14, Fineko/abc.az. Licenses of three electronic money organizations have been cancelled in Azerbaijan.

ABC.AZ reports with reference to the Central Bank of Azerbaijan that among them are Azvvallet LLC, Greentek Group LLC and Guavapay LLC.

By the CBA Protocol No. 22 dated May 13, 2026, on the basis of Article 54.1.1 of the Law on Payment Services & Payment Systems, licenses for the right to operate as an electronic money organization issued to: Azvvallet LLC (No. EPT-019 dated April 9, 2025), Greentek Group LLC (no. EPT-013 dated September 18, 2024) and Guavapay LLC (no. EPT-018 dated April 9, 2025).
