February 4, Fineko/abc.az. In order to continue the mortgage lending process in 2025, the Azerbaijan Mortgage & Credit Guarantee Fund has allocated limits to authorized banks for giving mortgage loans, including preferential mortgage loans.

ABC.AZ informs that acceptance of applications from citizens will begin:

On mortgage loans: 6 February 2025 from 10:00 a.m.

On preferential mortgage loans: 7 February 2025 from 10:00 a.m.

Requests will be accepted through the system (www.e-gov.az ) via the SAME Token (e-signature) or Asan Imza.
